The Challenge: I partnered with an organization's leadership, staff, and a few clients to better understand what clients need in order to engage more in programs and opportunities.
Research process: We collected data from indigenous community leaders and other primary stakeholders, using methods like journey maps, unstructured interviews, and contextual inquiries. We sorted these to find themes and insights, and compared them to current engagement models and procedures.
Deliverables: A detailed report of all research findings, plus an analysis of themes, insight statements, and clear areas for action.
Outcome: The team leadership restructured weekly community events to better align with client needs.
